Located 32 km South of Mombasa, this property has 259 rooms set in 25 acres of the most exquisite landscaping on the Coast. Manicured gardens, ensconced in swaying palms, Bougainvillea and Oleanders, lazily stretched down to one of the most spectacular beaches in East Africa, lapped by the inviting blue waters of the Indian Ocean. Neptune Paradise Village Accommodation
All rooms are organized in two story cottage blocks that are made up of four rooms.
The hotel offers three types of rooms: Neptune Village superior rooms, Neptune Paradise superior rooms, and Neptune Village standard rooms.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned, have balconies/patios, full bathrooms with showers, vanity mirrors, night tables and armoires.
Superior rooms offer more living area with brightly designed furniture.
Rooms offer two single beds and have the option of being upgraded to a double bed and even triple room facilities.
Baby cribs can be made available upon request depending upon availability.
Dining
As an all inclusive resort guests have access to a variety of menus including theme nights and specialty cuisines all served throughout two main restaurants and two a la carte grills.
In addition, an all day snack menu is served from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.. From 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., soft drinks, fresh and tinned juices and beers are made available from the either the Paradise Boat Bar, the Village Main bar or either of the two pool bars. Imported wines are made available for consumption during lunch and dinner times. From 6.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. soft drinks, fresh and tinned juices, beer, local sprits, and cocktails are made available.
Activities and Entertainment
The Neptune Group avails a variety of activities to guests as part of the all inclusive resort feature. The resort offers a daily animation routine that starts in the morning with activities such as water aerobics, volleyball, archery, beach football and tennis on the flood lit courts and ends in the evenings with entertainment from local artists, musical bands, comedy skits and snake shows, just to name a few.

The resort also has a Kiddies Club available for Neptune Kids. For those that are experienced, access to windsurfing is also available under an all-inclusive basis, and for those wanting to learn lessons can be commissioned. The resort also boasts access to the Casablanca Casino on property and offers access to an international standard golf course and numerous regional excursions.

Facilities
Also available is a newly installed business center that offers Internet, email, photocopy, fax and telephone facilities. There is also access to a television room, guest library, table tennis and pool tables.
